Saatva Mattress
Established in 2010, Saatva was one of the first direct-to-consumer online mattress sellers. At the time I joined the creative team in 2017, the company had grown at a rapid pace but the e-commerce experience was dated and scattered across multiple domains. This proved to be a serious bottleneck for continued growth. The main thrust of my tenure at Saatva was spent modernizing the look and feel of the website as well as helping to tailor an experience that met the specific needs of the mattress & bedding customer.

The mattress information page needed to consolidate content that was located across multiple pages on the legacy site. Traffic & conversion analytics along side user surveys were used to determine the information most sought after by our customers.

With the shop page, we wanted to present the mattress in a way that befits a luxury item as well as create a configuration panel that allows the customer to easily navigate the many decisions needed in order to add to cart.

The resulting metrics from the new saatva.com experience showed significant increase in overall user engagement and conversion over the legacy site.
